Junior Art Exhibition hosted by Solas Gallery:   30th January

It's that time of year again and Solas Gallery is inviting students to submit artwork for the 2021 Junior Art Exhibition.

 However, one year on from our last hugely successful exhibition, things are very different! As a result, THE 2021 JUNIOR EXHIBITION WILL BE AN ONLINE ONLY EVENT. We have a virtual gallery hosted by kunstmatrix.com and it is our intention to show the Junior Exhibition in this forum.

 To enter the exhibition, your young artists should paint or draw as normal, take a photograph of the work and then email it to solasartgallery@gmail.com. They should include the artist's name, school and age. No other details are required.

 Entry to the 2021 exhibition will be FREE.

Whilst we always manage to squeeze in every last entry onto the walls of Solas, this year we are limited by the number of pieces the online gallery will accept so unfortunately we will have to prioritise showing work on a first come basis. We will take entries any time from now until 27th January 2020.

EXHIBITION DETAILS

 Checklist:

 1)      Age categories are:  0-6; 7-9; 10-12; 13-15; 16-18.

 2)      Art (any medium - pencil, crayon, paint etc. - you decide!) Landscape or portrait.

 3)      Email a photograph of your artwork to solasartgallery@gmail.com

The photographs should be in JPEG form and ideally between 500kb and 5 MB in size, any larger and your artwork may not be exhibited.

 Please include the following details in the email:

·         Name

·         Age in years

 4)      One entry per child.

 Closing Date for submissions is 27th January 2021
